Allocation of responsibilities within couples
07-03-2017 | STATEC

In 2014, women spent five and a half hours a day with their children, two hours longer than men. The two extra hours is mainly due to domestic chores and meal preparations. The differences between women and men who work full-time are chiefly noticed when children are young. These are the results of an enquiry made with 2000 people which “Statec” publishes as part of the International Women’s Rights Day on March 8.
